Valentine’s Day Giveaway – Official Terms & Conditions

This giveaway is hosted by Legere Fine Art Services, Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.

1. Eligibility

The giveaway is open to legal residents of Canada who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

To be eligible to claim the prize, the selected winner must be able to attend an in-studio consultation and arrange for artwork drop-off and pick-up at the Legere Fine Art Services studio in Vancouver, BC.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

2. How to Enter

To be eligible for the giveaway, participants must complete both of the following steps during the giveaway period:

  1. Sign up for the Legere Fine Art Services mailing list through the official website; and

  2. Follow Legere Fine Art Services on Instagram, Facebook, or LinkedIn

Both steps are required for entry. Limit of one (1) entry per person. Entries that do not complete both requirements may be disqualified. Duplicate, automated, or fraudulent entries will not be accepted.

3. Giveaway Period

Entries will be accepted until 11:59 PM (Pacific Time) on the closing date stated in the giveaway announcement.

The winner will be selected and notified by email on February 14 (Valentine’s Day) and announced on Legere Fine Art Services’ social media channels.

4. Prize

One (1) winner will receive a $250 CAD framing credit to be applied toward a custom picture framing project at Legere Fine Art Services.

The prize:

  • Has no cash value

  • Is non-transferable

  • May not be exchanged or redeemed for cash

  • Must be used within one (1) year of the issue date

  • Applies to custom framing services only

Any costs exceeding the value of the credit are the responsibility of the winner.

5. Skill-Testing Question

In accordance with Canadian law, the selected winner, to be declared the winner, the selected entrant must correctly answer the following skill-testing question, without assistance:

(5 × 3) + 4 = ?

Failure to correctly answer the question will result in disqualification and the selection of an alternate winner.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

The winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries.

The winner will be contacted by email. If the selected entrant does not respond within a reasonable timeframe, or fails to meet eligibility requirements, an alternate winner may be selected.

7. Privacy

By entering, participants consent to the collection and use of their email address for the purpose of administering the giveaway and receiving studio updates and offers from Legere Fine Art Services. Participants may unsubscribe at any time.

8. Platform Disclaimer

This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or LinkedIn.

9. General Conditions

Legere Fine Art Services reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if circumstances beyond its control compromise the integrity or proper functioning of the promotion.
